If you would like to be considered for a space at the fair, please complete and submit the form below. The committee will review all applications in due course and you will be informed of their decision by email by the beginning of May.

All monies raised will be donated to the Stars Appeal, Salisbury District Hospital's Charity, registered number 1052284. The Rockbourne Fair Committee are all volunteers.

Acceptance of a stall is based on a description of the products to be sold. We regret that any stallholder bringing different products to sell that have not been agreed will be asked to remove them. Please provide us with as much detail about your stall including other fairs you have attended and average daily takings in the space below.

Important information

  • In accordance to feedback received, each space will be marked out.
  • Electricity is available free of charge for each stallholder.
  • If you are not requiring a table and/or planning to bring clothes rails or a purpose built display stand/units, PLEASE document this on this application form to allow us to plan your position carefully within the racecourse site. A photograph of your proposed stall setup will help enormously in our planning process to avoid unforeseen problems on your arrival.
  • Unfortunately, NO TABLE/SITE positions can be guaranteed.
  • A security guard is employed to ensure all your products remain safe and secure when the Fair is closed.

Please note: Rockbourne Fair cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred by stallholders. Stallholders must ensure they hold all relevant insurance including: public, product and employee liability. Any stall holders selling food products must be aware of and comply with all relevant food hygiene regulations.
